1. Prices:
Prices are those in effect on the date of shipment and are subject to change without notice.
 
2. Terms:
Net 10th, on established credit. No discounts allowed. If you wish to obtain an “open account” with us, please complete our credit application in full and return to us by return mail. Please allow ample time for processing.
 
3. Delivery:
On our normal scheduled delivery day, we will deliver free via our trucks in most major populated areas of California on orders of $250.00 or more. Please check with us on the delivery minimum in your area. In major lower and upper desert areas of Southern California we will deliver free on orders of $250.00 or more via our truck or common carrier.
 
4. Job Site or Drop Shipment Deliveries:
“Job Site” and “Drop Shipment” deliveries are available in your area on normal scheduled delivery days. However, a delivery charge not less than $35.00 will be added per drop site.
 
5. F.O.B. Point:
All prices are quoted F.O.B. our warehouse. All deliveries or shipments other than that stated in items No. 3 “Delivery”, will be shipped via “common carrier” or United Parcel Service” FREIGHT COLLECT.
 
6. Freight:
In all “common carrier” shipments, the transportation company is responsible for all merchandise after having accepted it for shipment in good order. All claims and correspondence for loss or damaged material must be made against the transportation
company.
 
7. Ordering:
All orders are accepted subject to availability of merchandise. We will not be held responsible for strikes, accidents or any other cause beyond our control.

8. Minimum Ordering Requirements:
Due to necessary cost to process an invoice, all orders will be subject to a minimum billing of $10.00 net.

9. Claims:
Claims for defective material, shortages, or errors will not be considered unless reported within five (5) working days after receipt of shipment.

10. Returns:
Returns will NOT be accepted without our authorization. All authorized returns will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking charge.

11. Specials:
We will assume no responsibility for errors in phone orders, particularly “special orders”, unless written confirmation is received prior to processing. “Special orders” will NOT be accepted from a C.O.D. account without payment in advance.
SPECIALS CANNOT BE RETURNED!

12. Products Guarantee:
All non-steel products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one full year.

All steel products are susceptible to rust. Rust preventative maintenance is necessary to preserve the finish of these products. In most areas, our bronze and black finishes are warranted for six (6) months, (warranty does not apply to white painted finishes). This warranty does not apply to installations within five (5) miles of the ocean or around the perimeters of swimming pools where
moisture, salt and chemicals can readily damage the finish.

This guarantee is void if the product has been subject to improper installation or mechanical damage indicative of obvious mistreatment or abuse.

Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for labor charges occurring from job site repair or replacements.
